We are excited to announce that we have a new member on the team! Meet Cristian Cardona!!

Cristian grew up in Medellin, Colombia and moved to the United States right after graduating from high school. He played collegiate soccer in St. Charles, Missouri and finished his Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida (UCF). After that, he got certified as an Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Cristian combined working as an exercise physiologist and soccer coach while playing professional soccer for several years. He has been working in the fitness industry for 11 years and recently completed his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from UCF. Cristian is also certified as a Sports Nutritionist by the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).

Cristian was working as a coach and youth director for the Orlando City Soccer academy and as a research and teaching assistant at UCF before moving to the Coulee region this past summer. Out here, he enjoys spending time out in nature, and with his wife and golden retriever dog. He enjoys swimming, running and functional training. His passion in helping people is rooted in allowing everybody to experience what their true potential is when body, mind and spirit are well aligned.
