Nicholas Althoff is the owner and founder of Northstar Fitness, the region's only dedicated private personal training studio.  As a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Georgia Tech and having worked as a leader in the corporate world, he has since dedicated over 10 years studying how to help people live fruitful, meaningful lives by uncovering the root of just what the body truly needs to thrive—nothing more, nothing less.  Northstar believes everyone can rise up to their true potential, when given the right support and inputs, and is defining what Proactive Health Care means to live a life full of abundance.

Konner Olson

Konner Olson is a graduate of UW-Madison with a degree in Exercise Science.  Konner’s coaching career started early—on the sidelines of the Rose Bowl as a 4 year manager on the UW football team.   Konner is the Team Leader at Northstar Fitness, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
